Seems like I'm having the same issue as some others. Install everything as instructed, then turn on the light and the only light that works is the toggle switch. I've read other comments here about the wires not going to the headlight harness. I tested it and saw red go to black, black go to red, and the middle wires go yellow to white. Try to see if another parking light harness works, but same thing. Another comment says that since these are LEDs, the wires must match in polarity. I have an email, I'll see how it goes. Still frustrating to set it up and nothing. Will be updated when fixed. Update: contacted customer service and they were great. They admitted that the factory incorrectly produced the entire batch and the quality control team did not conduct a thorough inspection. The only problem was they didn't have the right ones so they had to be shipped from China. It took about 2 weeks possibly partly due to the coronovirus. She finally got the set, everything works and they look great.
