Review on Impact drill BOSCH GSB 13 RE (0 601 217 100), 600 W blue by Mateusz Majchrzak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

Impact drill Bosch GSB-13 RE. Purchased 11202222, died 04202222. Kitchen assembler / installer, experience - 42 months. GSB was killed in 3 years. Is it a lot or a little? If you work non-stop, i. E. every day, then any drill-repair dies, it becomes unprofitable, you have to buy a new one, and it is best to throw the old one out the window! (joke) Boschservice is something absolutely unbearable. In Hong Kong Makitaservisov-4, Khitachevsky-3, Boshevsky-1. The lack of competition corrupts: no one else undertakes to repair Bosch, because there is nothing to do with it - only officials have Bosch spare parts. Absolutely dissatisfied with the service! Well, a couple of complaints have accumulated about the reliability of the devices. I had a Swiss GSB drill. Whether it was Chinese or 2022, I think there would be darkness in general. Bosch service in the last month of the warranty did not find any defects in it, having squandered money for a torn cambric and diagnostics / cleaning / lubrication. Moreover, it is imperative to poke their nose into the barn book: “if you clean it, cement dust is already pouring out of the drill!”. They themselves do not see this point blank. But the drill, which was dirty, remained so. A shame! I will no longer buy and use Bosch, primarily solely because of the service. When I get this one, I'll just throw it away. After 2.5 months, the GSB began to act up, in the service (the warranty had already ended) they suddenly found a breakdown: the stator / rotor / fan / brush holder - stupidly the whole drill except for the cartridge, housing, gearbox, switch and cord . Plus diagnostics and work. Total came out no cheaper than a new drill. All that was left was to laugh. Well, goodbye, Bosch. Rather, goodbye forever. For 3 years of work, the cambric of the power cord was torn 2 times, and the reverse switch was changed 1 time. The resource is very liquid, because the drill was not beaten / not dropped, not drowned or overheated, they regularly handed over the proto-sew to the official service. For those who moan about cases: over the years of work, I have already thrown so many of them that I was insanely glad that this drill was without a case. PS When leaving, turn off the light, good luck and hello to everyone.

Pros
  • Compact, lightweight, powerful and ergonomic. The self-tightening chuck saves a lot of time changing drill bits. Over time, it becomes clogged with cement dust and begins to jam, but this is easily treated with WD-40.
Cons
  • The device is very good - not perfect yet, but already something close to it . I would buy myself the same one again, but I only outgrew such small models . But the service drank blood (I live in Hong Kong).
