Very pleased overall
I wanted to wait for these knives to work well before posting a review. I'm vegan and a food editor so they're used a lot. I am very happy. The knives are light, feel good in the hand and look nice. Not as sharp as I expected from new knives but no issues so far. Water stains bother me and remain even if I dry them immediately after washing. This was not the case with previous knives. Not a big problem but worth attention.
