My frustration with these cables probably has more to do with how painful it was to thread my SRAM switches. found that the cable was about 2 inches shorter. Another 2 inches would be the minimum to work with, actually it was about 3 inches less. I am now 6ft 4" and have a very large bike. I'm not too surprised when things like this happen. But I need a bike to get to work and a cable that was too short ruined my night. Tomorrow I will go to LBS to get what I need. Although they appeared to be good cables. I use them to change my FD.
