Review on Dowellife Cut Resistant Gloves: Level 5 Protection for Kitchen and Carving Safety - Small, Grass Green (3 Pairs) by James Hess

I bought these when I purchased a Mandoline for veggie slicing. It seemed like a wise idea, given my klutziness around sharp objects. So far, they have protected my fingers well - no complaints! However, my 1-star "Easy to clean" rating is due to the fact that i was handling a yam with the gloves (I was making yam fires in the Mandoline), and the gloves are still stained a yellowish color on the fingers, despite having tried numerous ways to clean the fabric. Maybe there is a trick that I don't know, but my experience thus far is that it has been near-impossible to get the yam stains out of the gloves.
