good product but the shelf is small. otherwise everything is in order, everything you need for wall mounting is included. All you need is a screwdriver and a drill. Shelves are secure with AV components on top. The only problem is that the HDMI cables on my receiver and Blu-ray player are right in the middle of where the mount is, so the devices themselves stick out about half an inch. The reason I gave it four stars is that the cord trap is practically useless as the only way it works is to run the cords straight into the wall. but still at $40 you just can't beat it.
