I love that it's simple to set up, easy for non-techies, easy to integrate with Zapier. It has tons of integrations. We're using this software as our main CRM tool now instead of Salesforce! This is the best part about having an all in one platform. If you need more than one user access, then you will have trouble setting up a system where each person can login separately so they don't see each other's activity. Also, we would like to be able to delete some emails from the list but cannot without deleting them out of the entire email thread (including replies). That being said - great product! The ability to organize contacts into folders/projects, assign tasks to team members and create recurring reminders are valuable.
