Very helpful tool for tracking KPI and daily tasks

I like that we are able to track our clients' KPIs in one place with ease, which is very convenient when it comes time do give feedback or keep tabs of their progress! The platform has also allowed us as employees within this organisation an easy way through quick reporting so there's no need going into each client file individually anymore - just log onto your dashboard once logged off you can go straight back up again without having to login first! There could be more options given out during

Pros
  • It makes keeping records much easier because everything will get synced automatically upon entering new data for any customer.
  • We have multiple customers under same parent account number (if applicable), hence being easily searchable using 'parent record', thus saving lots o ftime searching across various accounts manually
  • Customer management system works perfectly well; never had issues yet while trying different products before

Great experience managing digital transformation projects

I love that it is not only possible to get more insights about our processes, but also how we can improve them! The tool helps us with the daily work in my organization - by automating some of our manual tasks, this saves time. We are able to focus our attention on other things instead. It has been great so far. I have no complaints at all. However, sometimes the system freezes or becomes unresponsive. This happens rarely (less than 1% of times), but when it does happen, it takes quite a while…

The best thing is that it works seamlessly with any CRM - Salesforce, Pipedrive etc.The platform lets you track all your business activities in one place & helps to engage with your customers effectively across multiple channels. It has an integrated chatbot which can be used as customer service tool or sales channel too.It comes at a price tag of $20 per user per month.
