My position as a culinary product manager led me to have great expectations for 2funguys, but regrettably, my interactions with the company were less than satisfying. Although they have an outstanding range of high-quality gourmet food items, both their customer service and the delivery experience were less than satisfactory. The navigation on the website was difficult to understand, and the procedure of checking out was aggravating. Because I needed assistance, I had to get in touch with customer service; nevertheless, their response was slow, and my concerns were not appropriately addressed. My shipment did not arrive well packaged, and part of the produce had already begun to decay before it ever reached me. In addition, despite the fact that the company asserts it has tight relationships with regional growers and manufacturers, I discovered that some of the products they sell are actually imported and are not as fresh as they claim to be. This was especially upsetting to me because I had anticipated a higher standard from a firm that takes great care in delivering the freshest products possible. From my point of view and based on my observations, I am unable to suggest 2funguys. It is difficult to justify purchasing from them again because of the bad customer service and delivery experience, as well as the imported and spoilt fruit. Even though the selection of products may be remarkable, it is tough to justify purchasing from them again.
