A large heavy mirror hangs from two of them. The first time I hung them on the wall they were installed incorrectly so they didn't sit flush with the wall. Make sure it's flush against the wall or it could come loose from the drywall under heavy loads! I noticed it in time, arranged the hooks a little lower and doubt that the mirror goes anywhere! It's a little difficult to hold it in place when nailing at an angle, but because it's adjustable you can make sure they're even if you use two, and it's fairly forgiving if you adjust it a little do wrong.
