These are the BEST hangers for hanging heavy items! No wall plugs are required so there are only two small holes in the wall. They are adjustable so if the images/mirrors are not fully aligned you can adjust them. I bought a mirror a few years ago and it came with these hangers. I've been looking for her ever since. So happy that Revain is selling them.

For some reason they weren't designed to prevent the nut from turning when adjusting with a screwdriver. It would be great if you could manually adjust the top just with a screwdriver, but when you try the nut rotates instead of raising or lowering the image. I had to take the photo, adjust it, rehang it, and repeat until I got it in the right orientation.

A large heavy mirror hangs from two of them. The first time I hung them on the wall they were installed incorrectly so they didn't sit flush with the wall. Well I like this installation method when submitting the frame but to be honest my wife noticed that I can't get by. The painting or canvas we install will not stick to the wall. And it's technically impossible because of this adjustable picture hanger. I consider this a negative design flaw as they had to find a way to adjust but still be able to lay flat so it wasn't just on top. Hoping this adjustable picture hanger would reduce the number of wrong holes I drilled in the walls. An excellent choice for adjusting the height of paintings hanging nearby. I can't yet tell if the screw turns a little under gravity and time, but I think if that was a problem you could put a drop of crazy glue on the nut after it was properly adjusted.
