First of all I would like to start this review by stating that this is a slightly negative review of the product and not the seller by any means. I ordered 3 boxes with 25 ceiling tiles for my project. The first box was great and the installation went well. In the next two boxes, the tiles were poorly cut. The edges were not precisely cut at the factory, which made it impossible to lay tiles without unevenness and sometimes with large gaps. I also had a few tiles that were either slightly larger or slightly smaller than the others, which also made installation difficult. In one of my shots you can see the straight edge applied to the tile out of the box and shows how uneven the factory cut was. I have cut many panels straight with this ruler and scissors which made the job more time consuming and frustrating. I now have 1/16 to 1/8 inch gaps in places I need to deal with. In general I like the look.
