Review on Enhanced Insulation Resistance Testing with Fluke 1503 by Victor Hurvitz

Worked great until about a year later it started giving incorrect readings. Called Fluke and they want $250 for a recalibration and they say the service is out of warranty. For me, a $450 tool should last a year. I've only heard good things about Fluke, but unfortunately this will be my first and last.
