A must-have resource in our business industry
I like that it's easy for me to use even if i'm not techy at all! there isn't much you can dislike about this program as far as my personal opinion goes but maybe one thing would be having too many options when using certain features could make navigating them difficult sometimes. This software makes finding new clients so simple with its database option and ease of searching through your list of prospects from past searches/contacts etc., making sure everyone gets along well throughout projects. I like that it has all my clients listed with pictures so I can easily go through them one by one. If you have an account already set up for your client then this software will help streamline things as well. Sometimes when there's multiple emails from different people at the same time I don't know who sent what. This program helps me organize everything into folders and also keep track of each person/company individually.
- It is very user friendly, great customer service team always responds quickly in any sort of situation or issue we run across (very important because no matter how good something looks over here they'll still need some work done somewhere else)and extremely helpful staff members are available 24 hours daily should anything arise while working within their system which never happens!!:) :) :D: ) ) ) )))
