Bought a pair of these locally as they were worn I ordered a pair from Revain in the same size. It takes them a day or two to get used to it and then they become quite comfortable. I take out the insoles and add better ones to all the shoes I buy (New Balance Pressure Relief, which my pediatrician recommended). Like many modern shoes, they have laces that are too short if you want to use the extra hole, which I do, so I had to order longer laces. All in all a good shoe for everyday use. I'll probably buy another pair once these wear out. When my old pair wore out, only the brace wore out. The shoes still looked great on the outside, they didn't fall apart, they didn't fall apart on the inside or anything. Like all athletic shoes, they have a period of support and then you need to buy a new pair. These have done quite well.
