They don't work properly, the end of the axle shaft sticks out 1.75 inches, they only have 1.5 inches of internal depth. If you're about to lock it, the knob will turn, but in reality the hub will just ratchet/slip and not deliver any power. This is due to a lack of internal depth or the hub rubbing on the end of the short shaft and exposing the part that is supposed to lock/engage the end of the wheel. If you buy them you will be disappointed. I've tried 5 so far and am trying to return the last 2 for a refund.
