- I consider it very important to be able to change the batteries at my discretion and not depend on the wires. If everything is clear with the wires in terms of convenience, then I did not consider the battery for the reason that they gradually fail and changing after, say, five years, a specific battery will not be very easy. It is especially bad if the manufacturer goes bankrupt or the model is discontinued. Batteries can be easily changed at any time or replaced with suitable form-factor batteries of any company and volume to your taste and wallet. This approach is as flexible as IBM PC logic. - After more than two years of continuous operation, I can say with confidence that the jamb with the wheel was successfully solved by replacing the worthless encoder with a TTC sensor. So the first thing after buying, remove the cover and make sure that you can see the metal case of the encoder marked "TTS" to the left of the wheel. - I have a very ambiguous attitude to the cover on magnets. On the one hand, it is convenient, easy to repair, and when it falls, part of the energy is absorbed by the flying cover and less goes to the main body, on the other hand, during intense battles in games or in a fit of righteous anger, you feel how the cover crawls under your hand. It's bad, I don't like it, it's good that it doesn't happen often.
