Can I properly tie a chicken? no But I did it. We have a small toaster/grill which is too small for most chickens. So I used this string to really tie up the whole chicken and reshape it a bit so it doesn't drag as much and get stuck in the drip pan when you spin. It certainly looked like a child's attempt at twisting, but it worked great! The twine is all natural, food safe and the perfect thickness so it won't break when you pull it tight to shape the chicken to fit in your oven. That's why you wanted it, right? Overall I am very happy with the quality of this cotton yarn and recommend it as a food safe option for all your culinary needs.
