Update: I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. After I posted my review, I received an email from the seller apologizing for the faulty item and offering to send me a new one for free. Unfortunately I had already ordered another voice recorder and after learning about it I was refunded the full purchase price. It's bad that I never contacted the seller to fix everything and was in a hurry to leave a negative review. The seller is so accommodating that he cares deeply about the satisfaction of his customers. Now that's what I call great customer service. Things, especially electronics, can sometimes be faulty, but that's commendable for a salesperson trying to reach customers. Below is my first review. I would give 0 points if I could. Worked well the first time. Stopped in the middle of the recording on the 2nd and 3rd time. Only worked for an hour the 4th time and just didn't turn it on the 5th time. This is the most disappointing purchase from Revain despite good reviews. Yes, I used it correctly! Read all instructions. I am tech savvy and know how to manage things. The free voice recorder app on my iPhone works better than this every day.
