Broken box with the ends already open wasn't a good start but I ducked hopefully. The chips in the plastic storage box were also discouraging but I'm not picky about aesthetics so still ok. Maybe 4 stars at the moment. Open the box to find half of the parts along with a piece of plastic from the hinge. Okay, just cosmetics. We continue. Tried to figure out how it works. It's just a hit. How difficult can it be? Half hits don't cut so are useless but I'm too lazy about returns so haven't broken the deal yet maybe up to 3 stars. come across, I give up and go to the feedback section to see what others have to say. Look at the photo where someone complains that their needle is misaligned. Guess what. Mine doesn't even have that pin. So zero stars (if that were the case) and congratulations on my first return. tl; dr: non-functional and beyond repair, returned for a refund
