If you want to punch holes in soft copper, brass, aluminum or any other sheet metal with a fairly thin cross-section, then this thing is for you. It punches nice, clean holes of various sizes in metals of reasonable thickness that are not hardened. Do not attempt to smash through hard steel or anything similar. This is a tool that should last a lifetime unless you are going to use it commercially in which case the dies may wear out after years of use.

Order came with only 3 matching punches/dies (4.5mm, 6mm and 7mm). The other 4 dies were clearly much larger than the punch (in fact they are all the same diameter, too big).
