Installation was easy, I used the stock cam hose because the one they sent me was too short, about 4 inches. This is not a problem as the Atock hose is the same and in good condition. The only problem is getting rid of the bearing pickup system entirely since it was just a bunch of plastic. On the plus side, and why I gave you guys five stars, is that my car is alive now. The throttle response is noticeably better. I've tested it in the hills at the same RPM range and there are improvements everywhere. I've noticed that the heat still passes near the battery, but that's on the Idol. But if you put your hands in two separate areas (intake and engine compartment) you will see a huge difference in temperature. The product was very well made. As to be expected from K&N. I love the sound and how quiet my car can be now. I hated the stock humming motor and now when the throttle is 1/4 open it makes an amazing growl! Makes GT better on this cat. Despite the fact that performance is still not enough for Hyundai. Not K&N. Thanks guys, I've bought crappy air intakes before and never settled for anything less than perfect. Many Thanks.
