Review on Configurator by Shree Carmean

It is very useful for sales reps who want answers quickly and easily. The system can be too technical at times but it's easy enough that any rep should have no problems using this software when they need assistance with their configuring tasks! I wish there was an easier way to access previous questions so we could see where our knowledge gaps are in order to improve them. Also would like more options as far as editing/deleting items from my list of products or categories, although these two features aren't completely necessary. We use this tool daily during training sessions. Our reps love how quick and efficient everything works through this program. They also greatly appreciate being able to edit product names without having to open up another screen (which takes longer).
