This is ridiculous. I am VERY disappointed in this product. I can say the suction is excellent, it seems very strong but it's all hard plastic. It's not an expensive vacuum cleaner, but it's not that cheap either. But I can tell you that the product itself is cheaply made. When I first received it it was broken. One of the main parts broke in half. I asked for a replacement because it looked so great. bug error. The second time I used it, I squeezed the lever - it was very hard to squeeze, I thought it was my boot (I was in ballet flats). Suddenly I hear a crack, to my surprise I look down. The lower part of the wheel broke and the wheel fell off. I am so disappointed. I think my daughter Barbie's vacuum cleaner is made of a more durable material than this one. and make it worse? The money will not be refunded to me. I would love to buy another version of their Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner, I'm not saying I don't like their products but I just don't want this guy that seems so cheap. I'm feeling so upset right now. Dirt Devil, I usually advertise and talk a lot about your products, but this one really let me down.
