I ordered this item in December 2014 and it arrived on time but was not used until mid January. While cleaning up my email inbox, I noticed that the color on the model I received did not match the color I was using. The model I received was yellow and the one I ordered was red. The yellow model cost $32 and changed less in price. I contacted Revain customer service and explained the problem and that I'd rather keep the unit I'm currently using than deal with packaging and shipping it back. The next day I received an email saying the $32 price difference would be refunded to my account and two days later it was all sorted. This was the first time I've had an issue with Revain shipping the wrong product and I wasn't sure how this would all play out, but in my opinion Revain's customer service is the best. Now for the model I received, F2D 20-Digital. It works as advertised. While the clarity of some images is not as good as if they were taken in a photo shop, I have to take into account that some films are 45-50 years old. After uploading the photos to F2D, I upload them to the photo editing program on my computer to clear things up. The device itself surprised me when I put in a film that was over 45 years old and was fading. I was able to bring them almost back to the original using the F2D color rendering feature and have now loaded them into the computer to finish. The ability to use a computer's USB port to power the device, or a separate 120V adapter to connect the USB cable (included) is a nice touch. You can use the installed photo storage or use a separate card (not included) that I use and then transfer to the computer, or I can use the USB cable connected to the computer for power and then the USB option in the Select device. The main menu is to upload photos directly from the card to the computer. It has a connector for connecting to a TV, but I haven't explored that option yet. In general I am completely satisfied.
