I don't know why some people say they fill it through this tiny hole 🤦‍♀️🤣 There is a guide in the box, there is a fill line. Remove the gray cap, fill to the fill line, replace the gray cap and the excess water will leak out through the hole but will no longer seal. After that it doesn't drip, it doesn't run out at the edge. I bought four of these and have been using them for a few days now and they work perfectly, the ice in my yeti doesn't melt that quickly, my drink stays cold and I only use two or three of these at a time and I timed them on the first day where I used it. It was ready in six hours. It had a whole block of ice. Probably my favorite thing I've ever bought from Revain! I see some people complaining that the ice is really clean? It's ice, who cares, you obviously need to change the water you're using. There is nothing wrong with the device.
