I bought this because my window started working very slowly and barely opened one day so I assumed it must be the motor although there wasn't one There was background noise, installed easily. The kit came with 3 new track bolts and 3 new nuts which I used on the motor as they are all the same size. The kit did not include two new screws for the window itself, but my old ones were in perfect condition. It looks just like my old regulator, with insulation and a little plastic thing that fits in a hole in the door to hold part of the wire in place. My window was still slow after installing the new one and then it just stopped working. . I tracked it to a window and blocked the power switches. A while ago I had a general problem with the "window lock button" that xj got and so I fixed that and that fixed it, but then the driver's "auto" window function stopped working but that did I don't mind. Well, now that I've looked at the circuit board again, the little round metal washers under the rocker arms on the window knobs have worn down so much over time that there wasn't enough contact for the window to work properly. That was enough for me and I just ordered a brand new window and control box. Long story short, it works and I'll update my review accordingly if it stops working in the foreseeable future.
