It does produce powerful steam that deep cleans, however, I don't like a few things. It's cord is too short and doesn't have a good sotrage spot for the cord. It takes about 10min to heat up, which is fine. It takes a few pumps of the trigger before steam comes out of the nozzle. Lots of hot water came out instead. Also, the instructions are not very detailed. I knda just winged it to put together some of the attachments. It has a compartment for the attachments on the device itself but, I am unable to open it. Despite all that, I will keep it because I really like the powerful steam.
