I like that all the knives are solid metal. I have no problem grabbing the handles (no slipping). I don't handle knives with wet hands, but I tested them with wet hands to see if they would get slippery. It's not like this. They have the weight and balance to give them a premium feel in your hands. Steak knives have remarkably sharp teeth, and while all other blades are sharp, they can be made even sharper with the included sharpener. Everything well packaged and delivered. There was no damage, no chance of anything coming loose, and the knives were securely sealed with plastic caps and cardboard sleeves. Scissor blades slide well and have sharp edges in addition to the serrations. practical, functional and without defects. I can wholeheartedly recommend this knife set.
