This product definitely works as advertised! It was very easy to use. I watched several videos about professional uses. My recommendations: put on disposable vinyl gloves (this stuff is sticky and difficult to get off your fingers/hands); Use blue masking tape to cover the areas above and below the sealing area (edges/corners); After applying the sealant, use a professional tool to smooth it - don't use a plastic spoon, it's dirty; Treat one side first, then the rest one at a time, immediately removing the masking tape (this material dries quickly). After you (carefully) remove the tape, you'll see why this is a particularly good idea. Once cured, the sealant appears to be very durable. I just hope it lasts 10 years or so.
