2009 Chevy Malibu LT v6 3.6 took the keys from the locksmith $5 each to cut and program them they work but sometimes a little hard to turn on and off, idk if they are - did something wrong or if they are keys but they work as emergency keys. The locksmith also programmed both key fobs for $30 but was only able to program one of them. :( The other one was dead, he said he tried another battery but still no luck. All in all it was still a good deal as the dealer charged 127.00 for 1 fob, 45 for 1 key and 70 wanted for programming both keys Key fob works great, locks open, trunk slams and there is a remote starter which I didn't even know about :)
