I bought this filter and couldn't use it right away. In fact, it took me 5 months to install it. If you discover a defect after the 30-day return period has expired, it will not be accepted. It was a manufacturing defect. They do not care. Your warranty is void regardless with a 30 day return policy. My rating is solely based on the company's ability to take responsibility for a defective product. You don't want to see it and your only regret is that you didn't return it within 30 days.
