Ideal for 2001 Ford F 150 Supercrew (XLT) 4.6L V8. This hose comes from the "Evaporation Tank Purge Valve" to the throttle body (at the rear of the intake manifold). The old hose left black marks on hands after processing and rotted. It was the exact length/shape to fit the area. The connector is easy to remove and install. The hose was replaced in a minute. It took me longer to find the name of the part to find the model number! The tubing material appears to be high quality and includes a foam bumper where it meets another canister at the top rear of the manifold for added protection from abrasion/wearing over time. In general, the purchase is satisfied.
