Review on Black Norpro Nylon Fork with High Heat Resistance by Ashley Williams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Let's compare this to the Oxo nylon fork with good traction $6

I couldn't decide between the forks so I bought two different ones. Let's compare this to the $6.99 Oxo nylon fork with good traction. I really like this fork - for specific needs. It is long (14 inches), heat resistant up to 450 degrees, sturdy, solid and sharp. Perfect for grabbing roasts from a pan, holding meat for slicing, etc. Anywhere you need a long, sharp fork this is for you. The tines are thick, the handle is quite curved and has a large hole for hanging. Pros - Strong and sturdy to hold heavy meat. Ideal for piercing/holding objects. One piece construction. Long. Cons - Possibly too spicy. for your Teflon pans. Uncomfortable grip. The grip becomes a bit slippery. Comparison - I like both forks for different reasons. The Oxo has rounded, softer tine tips that are gentler on your pans. Oxo also has better grip during long movements *Norpro pictured below, Oxo above*
