Installed on a 2002 GMC Duramax Diesel 2500HD. I bought it new 208,000 km ago. He is 17 years old and the plastic plug from the trailer has been used many, many times. The flap door has come loose and is actually holding the trailer fork. So I went to the auto repair shop to buy a station wagon, cut the wires and install it. But checked here to see if the plug is cheaper as I hate car dealerships. They don't care about you because they answer the phone all the time. For example, can the guy on the phone give you money quicker than the guy in front of you? So click, click, I ordered online. He came, he had orders. With a click of the locking pin and a 1/4 turn, he removed the old broken one and on the back of the connector didn't cut the wires. That was 5 minutes of work. I bet the dealer is $125 an hour for 1 hour.
