Error in O2 heating circuit

sensors are perfect for 2003 Hummer H2 6.0, front sensors work fine but rear sensors keep showing check engine light with heater circuit code on both sensors P0141 and P0161. After 5 months the top sensor failed and the engine started to run rich only on bank 2 and misfired due to the faulty sensor.
