First of all, I know that portable reverse osmosis filters have water loss. The filter is fine, it works great, the water tastes good and looks good. Those are pluses. Well done. Now for the problems: 1. The jug holds just under 1.5 liters so if you're thirsty be prepared to drink for a while. If you had friends, it's safer to have bottled water. 2. Although the description mentions that you can try to reuse the water in the tank by adding water, you have to trick the system to do that. You take the tank, put it back and fill it up. So ideally, this isn't a feature, it's a hack.3. The jug has a special lid that fits on top and allows the filtered water to be poured out. So if the jug breaks you SHOULD get a replacement, you cannot use your jar/mug to refill.4. Cleaning the tank is very painful. Update: August 2020 Please note that the filter level on the display is incorrect. He showed 2 points and our water stopped. We spent 2 weeks trying to get the most out of it and booked a holiday. Ordering the filters later took almost a week but arrived quicker than stated (points to it). And as soon as we changed our clothes, the water came back. Lack of warning, wrong indication caused us unnecessary problems. So lesson learned, when the water level drops, change the filter. The filter came from December to July, 7 months. Update October 2020: The filter change also stopped working after a few days. That's a $400 loss of space.
