Just received the hardshell case. My MacBook Air is model # A1466 and it fits perfectly. Snaps on easily. I'm also using both the screen and keyboard protector. The keyboard protector will take a little getting used to, but works fine so far. All items fit snugly, not too small or too big. Even though this case top does NOT have a cut out, the Apple logo shines through just fine.I had looked at this online, but went to an Apple store to double check their hard cases. Apple hard cases were flimsy and not as hard as this product. Nor does the actual Apple product have a cut out for the Apple logo. Poorer product, no Apple logo cut out - all for almost $30.00 more! Also, I ordered this Tuesday early evening. It arrived Thursday before noon!
