That's what he says it is.

I'm not a nutrition or fitness professional and this is the first protein powder I've tried. I chose this one based on protein per serving, cost, and lack of flavor. Flavor wise, I've read reviews that say some powders have a slight taste, but this one doesn't. I've mixed it in fruit and yogurt smoothies and can't tell if it's there. It blends well and doesn't leave a chalky feel in the smoothie texture. So it is exactly what the description says.
