Sexy, high quality and functional! These are the perfect biker boots for women. Pretty comfortable as bike boots and comfortable to wear on a 6+ hour trip. The underside has excellent grip even on oily roads. I don't usually buy shoes online, I prefer to try them on, but I liked their feminine look, so I bought them right away without reading the reviews. It wasn't until I received them that I really noticed and found out that they have a hidden heel. I'm 5'8 so didn't really need a paragraph but it's still a good confidence booster. The flat toe box fits nicely under the shifter. Yes they are hard as mentioned in some reviews and the caviar is hard to the touch. "Big" but I really think it's just the pointy design of the top. Still hugging my calves, there was a little more room for the shins in front. I've had no trouble with my skinny jeans and may come in handy when you need to refuel bootleg jeans or a .380 pistol as someone else mentioned :-). I just tugged hard on the adjustment strap and tightened it just enough. Very happy with them, even got compliments the first day I wore them.
