There was a comment at the end of the description of this item "[bottom bracket] 68-73mm might fit". And that statement in itself is true. The bottom bracket fits well in my 73mm shell. but the axis is 5mm short of the edge of the left arm. The hex wrench wing nut that came with the kit to pull the arm all the way onto the axle does not reach the axle. I always think I installed it wrong. If my facts are wrong and I installed it wrong, it may be because there was no guide for it. So I turn to YouTube videos. And two of these examples misplaced the asterisk. The picture is not very good but you can see that the axis is in the lever and not on the edge.
