God, God, God! I love love love this olive oil bottle. I used to use a pastry brush to butter my garlic bread and then I found this sprayer. It doesn't spray too much and not too little. It's just the right amount. I would recommend this atomizer to anyone who cooks a lot and uses olive oil. I've only tried olive oil, so I'm just talking about olive oil. I had no problems with constipation at all. It's also easy to fill. This is now my go-to kitchen item for when olive oil is needed.
