Review on 📄 Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper Roll - Superior Quality, 60 Square Feet by Matt Mosley

Parchment paper really comes in handy for a variety of cooking tasks. I tried different papers. Main roll parchment, sheets precut to size and this roll with grid lines. It's a good reel made even better by the fact that it has a really comfortable web. As with any parchment, the quality of the paper is good and it serves its purpose. Using grid lines to cut the exact size I want is a huge bonus, and I mean a HUGE bonus. Almost as good as pre-cut sheets (although pre-cut sheets have their downsides). What I think keeps this reel from being a five star product is the fact that when I pull it out to cut, the entire reel always comes out of the box and unravels strangely. This has happened countless times, so no coincidence, otherwise I'm just not gifted with parchment. CONCLUSION: I have yet to find the "perfect" parchment solution and have tried several. But if I had to choose one to buy again, it would be this one. It's thin parchment paper and the grid lines set it apart from most of the competition.
