Review on 🔧 BrassCraft G2CR19X C1 1/2 in. NOM Comp Inlet x 3/8 in. OD Compression Outlet Angle Valve, Chrome Plated Brass, 1/4 Turn by Justin Pavelko

I bought 2 of these and installed the first with no problems. The second was leaking out of a 1/2" compression sleeve. Tried tightening it up, didn't help. I removed it and added more teflon tape and it didn't work. I noticed the compression nut looked a bit askew so I took it unwrapped the threads and put it back on, but every time I tightened it a little it still looked like the 1/2" nut was bent, so not "not a good seal around the compression ring and tube. I ended up using a compression nut from an old valve I replaced and that finally fixed it. Maybe I have one in a million with a defect that passed quality control but this wasn't fun to deal with.
