Review on 🔒 Enhanced NBG6817 Zyxel Armor Z2 AC2600 Router with StreamBoost, MU-MIMO, and Beamforming Antennas by Ryan Hoover

We've had our Zyxel router for over a month and we still haven't had to restart it! We were replacing our 3 year old Linksys router which needed to be rebooted at least once a week and often daily. The Zyxel router has a number of advantages including speed, ease of setup and reliability. At the moment we have 23 devices connected to the router and streaming Rogue One with Netflix. When our whole family is here, we often have around 40 devices connected. Setup was very easy and took about 20 minutes. We use both bands, 2.4G and 5G due to some older iPads we have. Both bands are very stable. With our old router, we were never able to reach full speed. We have 50Mbps and with our old router 30Mbps was the best we could get on wireless devices. With Zyxel we get 50-55 Mbps. We also love the ONE Connect app, which displays information about your network including connected devices, gateway information, the ability to turn the guest network on or off, a speed test, diagnostics, and the ability to update firmware. We updated the firmware the second day we got the router and it worked perfectly. The WLAN range has also improved compared to our old router. Because of the layout of our house, we use range extenders. We used to need two, but now with Zyxel we've reduced it to one. If you want a fast, reliable router that you can set up and forget, buy this router.
