Directions are confusing. After following the instructions, the headset will first tell you that it is paired. However, this is not the case. You need to go to configuration settings to select pairing. After that it works. Overall quality is decent, but my old plain $20 headphones sound better and have more bass. I think $300 headphones should sound better. Shoei designed this headset to match the J Cuise 2. They had to make a groove for wiring. Sliding a relatively small diameter cable between the helmet's cavity requires damage. I was told that damage to the wiring will void the warranty. Poor FM reception and sound Once installed, the system looks almost new.
