I like everything about this program except for some of it's older features (such as how hard they would make scheduling).
It makes tracking our schedule very easy because all we need are dates/times in order from most important first - so no confusion there! The ability to track what needs cleaning has been huge time saver since now when ever someone calls with an issue or questions regarding their carpeting etc., he can look at his book right away instead having him ask us which date was cleaned last week if its not already written down somewhere-we just tell them where exactly were scheduled next month :).
