Customer service responded in a timely manner when I asked a question before ordering. It arrived quickly and in the smallest of packaging - I really thought they sent us the wrong item but it was packaged very efficiently which was nice. We ordered a king bed for our queen bed and not wanting to risk washing it in a machine that was too small I took it to the laundry and used the mega loader. $7 wash and dry but it came out great and linted well. There are still a few creases at the foot of the bed but we are very happy with it. I wasn't expecting it to have lines at the seams - it ruins the look a bit but I'm glad because the filling doesn't move which was a major annoyance with our old blanket. It's nice and light so won't be too heavy for me but warm enough for my cold husband. I'm glad we got the larger size as we don't have a bed frame and it closes the box well and no more hauling around at night. Very satisfied!
