I bought this charger for my Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The build quality is excellent. The screen is easy to read. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. The charger automatically selected the correct amperage to charge, and it took just over two hours to top up from a dead charge. I disagree with your nozzle. Other brand injectors will make a distinct clicking sound indicating the connection is made. This one didn't. It also proved more difficult to remove than other brands I've used. My biggest problem is the lack of a security certificate. Sky Intelligent states in the Q&A that it is "both FCC and UL certified". I see the FCC certification in the user manual, but there is no UL label on the charger or the user manual. I saw the UL label on the plug. I think it's just the fork itself. Other chargers I've used clearly display their UL or other agency certifications on the charger if they have one. Nothing was found on Shell Recharge. Minus one star. I have emailed Sky Intelligent for clarification. No Answer. I sent a message via chat to confirm that I am registered for the second year of the warranty. No Answer. Another star removed. I thought about returning the charger but it works perfectly. Let's hope Shell hasn't licensed its name to an inferior product. The time will show.
