I use this product to sanitize my cider making including grinder and press system and lots of hot water. Easily repack large quantities into plain heat sealable plastic bags. If you require a resealable bag you will need to provide your own quart freezer bag. The bag I received weighed exactly 1 pound. and 0.2 oz, so it was pretty accurate (using the uncalibrated scale). When you need an 8 ounce screw top container. the container shown on the suppliers page (available from other Revain suppliers) which costs about the same as this one pound sack. Haven't tried this particular supplier's product yet but it looks about the same as my previous One Step pack which was also a one pound bag but with a label. Basically one tablespoon per gallon with warm water and sufficient contact time. They most often clean with a hydrogen peroxide solution, but achieve this with a dry powder in water.
